The National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) is hosting a webinar on Data Driven Service: Using Reports to Enhance Customer Interactions on Tuesday, July 30th, from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM.
During this webinar, participants will better understand how to apply available datasets and reports. This webinar is the final session of the three-part webinar series, “Building Data Literacy for All”, designed for frontline workers who are responsible for collecting data directly from customers. Participants may interact with individual claimants, jobseekers and employers through workforce development programs and services.
