The National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) is hosting a webinar on Mastering dX: Helping Leaders Tame the “Permacrisis”, on Thursday, February 29th, from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM.
This initial session will feature expert panelists discussing Wharton Psychologist Adam Grant’s use of the term “permacrisis” to describe the change and uncertainty in today’s workplace. The panel will explore how leaders can accelerate digital transformation to help break through the permacrisis and create a sense of purpose that motivates professional staff to innovate and move forward positively. They will explain how introducing “challenge stress” can present an opportunity to transform the workforce development system and positively engage staff in a better future vision for themselves and those they serve.
