The National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB) is hosting Workforce Advocacy Day on Tuesday, April 1st, starting at 2:00 PM, at Washington Hilton/US Capitol.
Workforce Advocacy Day is a terrific opportunity to tell the story of workforce development in your community and to let Congress know how they can support our vital work. NAWB will provide online advocacy training and support in advance of the event and will provide all the materials needed. NAWB will also arrange your meetings on Capitol Hill with our partner, Advocacy Associates, who will provide an app that you can download to make your experience as simple as possible. No previous advocacy experience is necessary.
