The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) is hosting a webinar on Mastering Team Dynamics and Performance Management on Tuesday, August 26^th, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

This is the third session in the Summer Learning Series – LEAD to Success: Essential Skills for Managers and Supervisors. Effective on-boarding and professional development are key to employee engagement, retention, and long-term success. Effective leadership requires a deep understanding of group dynamics, team roles, and performance management. This interactive workshop will empower leaders with the tools to build cohesive teams, enhance collaboration, and drive employee development. Participants will explore fundamental principles of group dynamics while leveraging Belbin’s Team Roles theory to improve team performance and foster a collaborative work environment. NAWDP is partnering with Dr. Lakeisha Mathews of Right Resumes to present a dynamic, 4-part training series designed specifically for managers and supervisors in workforce development. Each 90-minutes session in this series offers practical, results-driven strategies to help you lead with clarity, manage teams effectively, and confidently handle the challenges of supervision.
