The National League of Cities is hosting a Government in Action Fireside Chat: Intersections of Housing Stability and Maternal and Child Well-being webinar on Thursday, February 15^th, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

There is a correlation between the physical environment where people live, work, and play and their quality of life. Housing security and homelessness are a structural and systemic issue. Safe, stable, and quality housing lays the foundation for healthy development and well-being in young children. Local government has a role to play in building and strengthening communities where all children can grow and live healthy lives.
