National League of Cities (NLC): Make Your Program a Magnet – Going Beyond Social Media to Recruit Opportunity Youth

The National League of Cities (NLC) is hosting a Make Your Program a Magnet: Going Beyond Social Media to Recruit Opportunity Youth virtual workshop on Tuesday, August 19^th, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

This workshop combines new best practices from the youth services field, as well as innovative private sector marketing and sales strategies, to give reengagement programs new and more effective ways to recruit opportunity youth. These strategies are youth-driven and are very different from traditional recruitment approaches. They will work for all types of opportunity youth reengagement programs and the various populations of opportunity youth served by these programs.
