This webinar will offer a comprehensive overview of key Medicare-related compliance responsibilities that HR professionals must manage in 2025. With an aging workforce and evolving regulatory scrutiny, HR leaders play a critical role in ensuring that group health plans are administered in compliance with the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) statute, COBRA requirements, and other intersecting benefit regulations. Participants will gain an understanding of the risks, responsibilities, and regulations that impact employer-sponsored plans—including Section 111 reporting, Part D creditable coverage notices, and the implications of offering benefits to domestic partners. Real-world enforcement examples, legal penalties, and HR-led mitigation strategies will be discussed.
