The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is hosting a webinar on Empowering Women’s Advancement: How to Set a New Standard for Workplace Culture on Monday, February 5th, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Despite progress, women face inadequate representation in corporate spaces. In fact, it’s estimated that globally less than one third of leadership positions are held by women, even though they make up nearly half the workforce and women of color encounter challenges across all levels of employment. One effective approach to promote the advancement of all women is through strategic recognition and inclusive workplace cultures.
