The Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) turns 50 years old this year and, to some extent, what’s old has become new again. During this presentation, Gallagher’s Compliance Counsel will provide a retrospective and roadmap for health and welfare plan sponsors as they seek to comply with ERISA. ERISA reporting and disclosure obligations remain significant, agency enforcement continues, and new sources of fiduciary risk have arisen in the courts, as well. During this webinar, attendees will determine ERISA applicability and core requirements, learn more about meeting ERISA reporting and disclosure requirements, and consider ERISA fiduciary issues.
