At CUMI, derived from the Greek word meaning “Get Up,” we are more than a non-profit organization. We are a beacon of hope based in Atlanta, Georgia, committed to uplifting those in need. As a faith-inspired 501(c)(3) entity, our mission transcends providing basic social services. We aim to be a transformative force in the lives of the homeless, veterans, and individuals undergoing significant life transitions.

Our mission is to empower and encourage people from all walks of life to endeavor for a spirit of excellence; to provide coaching in the achievement of healthy life goals; inspiring others to work towards making their dreams reality; and to be of service in the healing and developing of communities, through our compassion, faith and commitment to God, resulting in positive and meaningful changes to the world around us, one individual at a time.
