Here at ELTCSS, we are a team of advocates, educators, clinicians, case managers, therapist, behavior consultants, families, friends, donors and volunteers all driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. We advocate for those who can not advocate for themselves. 

ELTCSS is committed to supporting a statewide effort to significantly enhance the quality of life for developmentally disabled adults and the elderly through education, empowerment, and enhancement.
