MAX ALERT: Retail Training and Credentials from the National Retail Federation Foundation Available Online

August 27, 2018

The National Retail Federation Foundation (NRF) recently launched a new partnership with Penn Foster, a leading provider of skills development and training, to enhance and improve access for independent online learners to complete an entry-level training and credential, Retail Industry Fundamentals using self-paced, mobile learning technology. The credential is part of a suite of credentials that include customer service, sales and merchandising and workplace safety, designed to give would-be-workers a strong foundation for future success in retail jobs.

Developed with the support of leading retailers across the country, the 10-hour curriculum includes interactive exercises designed to engage learners and enable self-assessment through flashcards and self-check questions.

Interested in offering NRF Foundation credentials online or with in the classroom training? Reach out to Brittany Mazin or register online.
