MAX Provider Council to be Led by Dana Inman with the Atlanta Center for Self Sufficiency

June 2, 2019

The MAX Provider Council works to help align MAX strategies and actions with the needs and operations of workforce service providers – especially nonprofits and community-based organizations – in order to achieve its mission of strengthening connections, collaborations, and practices among workforce development organizations in Metro Atlanta. The council has selected Dana Inman, President & CEO of the Atlanta Center for Self Sufficiency to serve as the next council chair. Inman succeeds workforce development veteran Che Watkins, who led the council since 2017.

Through Watkin’s leadership, the MAX Provider Council grew into a dynamic vehicle for leaders of nonprofits and other community based organizations engaged in workforce development to exchange information and ideas and forge partnerships for working together. Organizations represented on the council include: Atlanta CareerRise, Atlanta Center for Self Sufficiency, Bobby Dodd Institute, City of Refuge, First Step, Generation, Goodwill of North Georgia, Jewish Family & Career Services, Juma, Latin American Association, United Way of Greater Atlanta, Urban League of Greater Atlanta, Westside Works, and Year Up Greater Atlanta.
