MAX Rings in 2020 with New Board Chair and Leadership Team to Serve for the Next Two Years

January 8, 2020

With the new year comes a new leadership team to usher the MAX network into the new decade. The following slate of executive officers have been elected by the MAX Board of Directors to serve with MAX for the 2020-2021 board term.

  • Chair: Amy Lancaster-King, Metro Atlanta Chamber
  • Immediate Past Chair: Wendell Dallas, Southern Company Gas and State Workforce Development Board
  • Vice Chair: John Helton, Atlanta CareerRise
  • Treasurer: Jenny Taylor, Goodwill of North Georgia
  • Secretary: Gerlda Hines, Georgia Department of Human Services

“It’s an exciting time for MAX, celebrating 5 years and with big plans on the horizon,” says Amy Lancaster-King. “I’m honored to serve as chair and look forward to building on the strong foundation put in place by our founding chair, Wendell Dallas.”

In addition, the following directors have been elected by the MAX board to serve on the leadership team for the next two years.

  • Daniela Perry, Georgia Chamber
  • Shawn Ryan, Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency
  • Kevin Shea, Georgia Economic Developers Association
  • Dr. Barbara Wall, Georgia Department of Education
