MAX ALERT: National Skills Coalition Joins GBPI to Discuss The Imperative of Racial Equity for Workforce Policy

From the Georgia Budget and Policy Institute (GBPI):

GBPI will hold its second meeting of the year with PROSPER Georgia partners on Tuesday, August 4th, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, via Zoom. Joining GBPI’s Alex Camardelle is Melissa Johnson, Director of State Strategies at the National Skills Coalition and coauthor of the landmark Roadmap to Racial Equity for Workforce Development Advocates report for a discussion on state policy strategies that have the potential to uproot structural racism and stubborn disparities in Georgia’s workforce development system.
