The Georgia Resilience and Opportunity Fund and GiveDirectly are partnering to realize a two-year guaranteed income initiative, “In Her Hands,” that focuses on Black women experiencing economic insecurity in urban, suburban and rural Georgia. This groundbreaking pilot program is one of the largest guaranteed income programs in the country and has been featured on MSNBC, the Hill, Fast Company, Essence, and WABE.
The Opportunity: We are looking for full-time, temporary Field Officers to help us run program operations for the launch of our program from approximately March to May, with the possibility of expansion to a third site later in the summer, contingent on securing additional funding. Field Officers will assist with mobilization, enrollment, and general recipient support. We’re looking for fast learners with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as basic tech literacy. Compensation for the role is $25 per hour.
