MAX ALERT: CareerRise to Launch Talent Rewire Accelerator Lab with TDL Businesses

February 19, 2022

From CareerRise:

CareerRise, in partnership with the National Fund for Workforce Solutions and Talent Rewire, is offering 6-8 businesses in the transportation, distribution, logistics, and warehousing (TDL) industries the opportunity to attend the Talent Rewire Accelerator Lab. This 6-session course runs virtually, bi-weekly from April 20th to June 29th.  Two-to-three leaders (preferably human resources, operations, and/or customer service) from each business can attend the learning lab which will offer:

  • Assistance with identifying and problem-solving workforce issues affecting recruitment and retention in your frontline positions
  • Understanding of the business impacts of racial equity, inclusion, and economic mobility and opportunity
  • Opportunities to develop innovative talent practices that build more resilient companies and economy-boosting jobs
  • Partnership with local workforce development agencies to access resources

This is an excellent opportunity for TDL businesses to stand out amongst their peers by developing new recruitment and retention strategies for a highly competitive job market.  CareerRise is covering the cost for businesses to attend.  More information about the learning lab can be found on the project’s website and interested businesses can sign up here.  The deadline to sign up is Friday, February 25th.
