MAX ALERT: First Step Staffing Has Partnered with Unite Us to Connect Residents of Georgia to Supportive Services

August 20, 2022

From First Step Staffing:

First Step Staffing has partnered with Unite Us to connect residents of Georgia to services they need faster than ever. This coordinated care network is free for non-profit organizations to join, and provides access to almost 200 partners across the metro Atlanta area.

Unite Us works to align all stakeholders from healthcare, government, and the community around a shared goal to improve health. Through person-centered care coordination and community engagement, United Us works hand-in-hand with communities to ensure services are seamlessly delivered to the people who need them most.

If you are interested in joining the network, the process begins with completing a Partner Registration Form. Organizations looking to join the network are encouraged to meet with Crystal Isaac, Network Success Manager, 1:1 prior to completing the form, so she can answer any questions that you may have. You can use this link to schedule time to meet with Crystal directly.
