From Bobby Dodd Institute (BDI):
The Bobby Dodd Institute seeks to empower people with differing abilities to maximize their potential by securing economic self-sufficiency, independence and inclusion within their communities. At BDI, we believe in an inclusive world where people of all abilities can lead independent and purposeful lives when provided the right guidance, support and opportunities.
BDI’s programs empower individuals with disabilities to find their voice, independence and self-sufficiency. Programs and Services included traditional and intensive family support, behavioral health, benefits navigation, job & career services, and the Georgia Community Trust (a pooled, special needs trust). Its operations are primarily funded through its contracted work with both the public and private sectors. These “social enterprises”, or contracted services, fund its programs and place people with differing abilities in inclusive-minded workspaces.

ABOUT THE MAX PROVIDER PORTAL
The MAX Provider Portal was launched in 2014 to help local leaders gain a better understanding of metro Atlanta’s workforce ecosystem – namely, who is doing what, where, and for whom. The portal provides the most comprehensive picture of our workforce ecosystem. Providers in the portal are able to share information on the populations and geographies they serve, the services (job search & placement, post-employment services, supportive services, and soft skills training) they provide, the specific occupations and industries they support, and more. The MAX Provider Council oversees and informs the ongoing development of the MAX Provider Portal.
