MAX RFP BOARD: CareerRise Seeks Proposals for Customer Relationship Manager for Data Management System

CareerRise, Inc. is embarking on enhancing our data management capabilities by identifying a new data management system. Our overarching objective is to create a consolidate individual data into comprehensive, actionable data reports. CareerRise aims to establish a centralized data management system that facilitates real-time result capture for numerous community-based partnerships, diverse projects, and across multiple locations. It is paramount that the new system has ease of adaptability, leveraging our internal staff expertise to manage and replicate satellite profiles with minimal technical assistance from the system developer.

Core Key System Requirements: To meet data management goals, the ideal system should encompass the following essential capabilities:

  1. Lead Agency Reporting:
    1. Data Analysis Dashboards: Providing intuitive, data-driven visualizations using Power BI and AI technology.
    2. Ad hoc reporting: Offering the flexibility to generate custom reports as needed.
    3. Identification of trends and data variances: Detecting and highlighting significant patterns and discrepancies.
    4. Progress monitoring on the accomplishment of service goals: Tracking and assessing the attainment of our service objectives, such as wage outcomes, credential attainment, job retention, program completion, demographics, etc.
  2. Customer Access Portal, Two-Way Communication, Attendance Tracking, and Program Progress Tracking:
    1. User Categorization: The system should accommodate the distinct needs of three primary user groups:
      1. CareerRise Users
      2. Job Seekers or Participants
      3. Volunteers
      4. Employers
      5. Direct Service Provider Partners
    2. Two-Way Communication: Facilitating interactive communication between CareerRise and other users.
    3. Attendance Tracking: Recording and managing attendance data efficiently.
    4. Program Progress Tracking (Gamification or Journey Mapping Tool): Offering gamification or journey mapping capabilities to enhance customer engagement and motivation.
  3. Direct Service Provider Access:
    1. Case Manager Access: Empowering case managers with tools for direct staff management and contribution to individual case files.
    2. Reporting: Enabling case managers to access:
    3. Data Analysis Dashboards: for data-driven insights.
    4. Identification of trends and variances: to identify critical patterns.
    5. Progress monitoring on the accomplishment of service goals: to track and evaluate service goal achievements.
  4. API connections and Batch Data Uploads
    1. Allow Batch uploads
    2. Connect local contact tracker applications and devices via APIs
    3. Link to employment verifications tools
    4. Easily adapt plug ins for multiple, simultaneous platform updates (Example: MailChimp, Automatic updates calendar on website when calendar within system is updated)
  5. Automation
    1. Outcome data automatically updating on CareerRise Website
    2. Reminders to users for touchpoints for participants
    3. Job Matching/Job Posting Sharing for employers and jobseeker users
