Why did you become a MAX member?

To partner and learn from others in the workforce development space.

How long have you been engaged with the MAX network?

1 to 2 years

How has being a member of MAX benefited you or your organization?

We have met some great people at MAX who have connected us with other opportunities and organizations aligned with ours.

Why do you serve in this profession? What motivates you or inspires you to do what you do?

Being able to introduce individuals to trade skill training and see them transition into new careers based off the training we provide.

What is something you and/or your organization have accomplished in the past 12 months that you are most proud of?

We have graduated 45 students in the last 12 months who have began careers in the construction field.

What is a little-known fun fact about you?

We are a family ran business started 50 years ago by my father.
