  1. Conducting a thorough analysis of existing WIOA related business services offered in metro Atlanta from Local Workforce Development Boards
  2. Developing an inventory of other related business services offered through programs such as Wager-Peyser, Technical College business representatives, GDEcD QuickStart, and other related programs.
  3. Engaging with local businesses, industry associations, economic development organizations, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on priorities for business services needed in the region.
  4. Assessing the alignment of existing business services with the needs of local employers and industries.
  5. Providing recommendations for enhancing and expanding business services to better meet the evolving needs of our community.
  6. Presenting findings and recommendations in a comprehensive report to be shared with WorkSource Metro Atlanta.

Deliverables: The scope of work should result in deliverables that include, at a minimum, the following:

  • Overview of the types of business services eligible under WIOA
  • Asset map of business services offered in metro Atlanta from LWDBs and allied organizations
  • Assessment of the priority needs for business services in metro Atlanta (employer feedback)
  • Case studies (minimum of four) of successful business services offered across the US
  • Recommendations for business services in metro Atlanta with resources needed to meet demand

Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  1. Experience and qualifications of the firm.
  2. Clarity and feasibility of the proposed approach.
  3. Cost-effectiveness of the proposed budget.
  4. Ability to meet project timelines.
  5. Quality of references and past performance.
