The MAX Board of Directors is pleased to welcome Rodney Bullard, CEO of The Same House, as our keynote speaker for this year’s MAX Annual Meeting to be held on December 10th, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, at the Metro Atlanta Chamber. The Same House is a public benefit corporation dedicated to furthering economic mobility and bridging social division. Previously, Bullard founded and led Global Corporate Social Responsibility at Chick-fil-A, Inc. which included responsibilities for Community Affairs, Community Engagement and Environmental Sustainability at Chick-fil-A, Inc. He also served as Executive Director of the Chick-fil-A Foundation. A frequent speaker, Rodney previously served with the U.S. Air Force, NASA, and the Department of Justice. He is an alumnus of the Air Force Academy, Duke Law, the University of Georgia’s Terry School of Business, and the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
The MAX Annual Meeting is our signature event where we gather with our beloved MAX members to celebrate the year behind and preview the year ahead. Making this year’s meeting even more special is our celebration of MAX’s 10-year journey as a sustainable, neutral third-party convener for workforce developers, employers, and organizations engaged in workforce development and dynamic workforce development network.
During this time, we will recognize the recipient of the 2024 Wendell Dallas Excellence in Leadership Award, in honor of our founding board chair, Wendell Dallas. This award recognizes individuals who have gone above and beyond in providing leadership in workforce development through the Metro Atlanta eXchange for Workforce Solutions (MAX) and/or MAX partners. An individual recognized through this award is known for leading with integrity, devotion, and selflessness in service to others in the workforce development sector.
At this year’s meeting, we will also announce the members of our inaugural Leadership MAX Class of 2025!
Last but not least, we will receive updates from MAX Chair Jenny Taylor and the leadership team of MAX.
This event brings our members together for a time of fun, enlightenment, and fellowship.
