The Atlanta Regional Commission’s Metro Atlanta Housing Strategy Toolkit is intended to help local governments better understand their housing challenges through extensive data and begin to address them through viable and actionable strategies. The goal is to foster a greater mix of housing options reflective of each community’s specific needs. The toolkit is a guide to help the cities and counties in the ARC region understand and take the necessary steps to develop a stronger, healthier housing market that works for everyone.
Six housing strategies identified in the toolkit provide actionable steps and resources to address housing challenges through actionable solutions:

ABOUT THE MAX RESOURCE LIBRARY
The MAX Resource Library is a central clearinghouse for reports, studies, data tools, websites, online portals, and other sources of information related to workforce development to keep workforce partners informed. From data on workforce trends and barriers to the latest on the skills gap and economic mobility, a wealth of information is at your fingertips through this clearinghouse. Resources can be added to the MAX Resource Library through the recommendation of MAX members. The MAX Data Council oversees and informs the ongoing development of the MAX Resource Library.
