As a Secret Shopper, you’ll pose as a jobseeker or potential program participant and visit one of our Career Centers. Using a self-created persona, you’ll assess the quality of service, gather materials, and observe the environment. Your feedback will help us improve our services and ensure every visitor has a positive and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit a designated Career Center and interact with staff as a jobseeker or program participant.
- Review and study a set of prompts/questions before your visit.
- Take discreet photos of the center’s exterior and any materials provided.
- Note the names of staff you interact with and observe the center’s environment and branding.
- Complete a detailed report immediately after your visit, while the experience is fresh.

Time Commitment
Flexible scheduling. Ideally, one visit per quarter per center (frequency may vary based on volunteer availability).

- Reliable and able to complete reports promptly after visits.

Goodwill of North Georgia will provide all necessary materials, including sample reports, prompts, and guidance to ensure you feel confident and prepared.
