The Director builds and maintains strong relationships with business, industry, K–12, and community partners to identify skill gaps and develop responsive training programs. In collaboration with internal stakeholders, the role designs, budgets, and oversees non-credit, certificate, and contract training programs, including administration of certificate programs with high schools in the local service area.
This position oversees the daily operations of non-credit and contract training programs, ensuring quality instruction, instructor performance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing training proposals; managing pricing, contracts, billing, and compliance in Modern Campus or related systems; monitoring outcomes; and analyzing market data, employer input, and participant feedback to support continuous improvement.
The Director supervises instructors and staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation, and may direct the preparation of lesson plans for non-credited courses.
