MAX RESOURCE LIBRARY: The Core Method LLC Releases Georgia’s Workforce Readiness Outlook

Georgia’s Workforce Readiness Outlook by The Core Method LLC examines the state’s current talent landscape and the conditions shaping readiness for an AI driven economy. The 2026 paper highlights key industry and hiring trends in Metro Atlanta, identifies critical skills gaps reported by employers and outlines the readiness challenges affecting youth and adults across Georgia. It also presents a practical framework for strengthening workforce readiness, expanding skills based pathways and improving alignment between education, workforce systems and industry.

The report emphasizes the essential role of intermediaries and employer partnerships in building a more adaptable, equitable and future ready talent pipeline for Georgia.
