MAX RESOURCE LIBRARY: Deloitte’s 2026 Global Human Capital Trends Report Focuses on Human-Centric Strategies

The 2026 Global Human Capital Trends report by Deloitte discusses how organizations can leverage human-centric strategies and adapt to rapid technological, economic, and societal changes to stay competitive and unlock human potential in the evolving future of work. The report authors observe how organizations are at a critical juncture where they must intentionally redesign work, culture, and decision-making to leverage human and AI collaboration for sustained competitive advantage.

As organizations face accelerating change due to AI as well as economic, geopolitical, and societal shifts, they are required to make bold decisions to adapt and leap. Success depends on sensing change, experimenting quickly, and continous adaptation.
