The Coalition on Adult Basic Education (COABE) is hosting the Power of the Page: Journaling for Professional Clarity and Growth on Thursday, June 18th, starting at 2:00 PM.
In this webinar, Student Ambassador Raylena Hayes will share how journaling can be a transformative best practice for ambassadors and educators alike. She will demonstrate how consistent reflection allows us to process complex thoughts, make sense of professional challenges, and document our personal evolution. Attendees will learn specific journaling techniques to help them track their growth, manage stress, and use their past selves as a roadmap for future success.
