Georgia Association of Colleges and Employers (GACE): GACE Partner Shadowing Day
The Georgia Association of Colleges and Employers (GACE) is hosting a GACE Partner Shadowing Day on Wednesday, November 12th, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This event connects GACE Partners with Student Members for an immersive learning experience. Student Members will visit Partner organizations to observe daily operations and learn about roles in career services, talent acquisition, human resources, or organizational leadership and development. Each Partner sets the schedule for the day, which can include a company overview, meetings and lunch with professionals, shadowing across departments, and a tour. The goal is to give students practical exposure to workplace environments while allowing Partners to engage with future professionals interested in the field. This event promotes professional development, builds industry awareness, and strengthens connections with future talent.
