Georgia Center for Nonprofits: Management Accelerator – Managing Teams

The Georgia Center for Nonprofits is hosting a Management Accelerator: Managing Teams event on Wednesday, March 25^th, starting at 9:00 AM.

This Management Acceleratorcovers a comprehensive set of skills, divided into three management areas: individuals, teams, and strategy. Together, these three Accelerator modules will equip nonprofit managers to succeed in a demanding environment and deliver value for the organization quickly. The Managing Teams module will focus on the skills needed to become effective and inclusive leaders who are capable of aligning and building high-impact teams even in times of uncertainty and change.
