The International Economic Development Council (IEDC) is hosting Rightsizing Resources in Uncertain Times on Wednesday, July 22nd, from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
This virtual event will provide tools to sustain nonprofit and community programs when resources are constrained. The focus will be on disruption analysis, prioritization matrices, predictive analytics, and strategic communication to maintain funding and trust. Attendees will practice drafting a 60-second ‘disruptor pitch’ and work through a resource-reallocation simulation.
