The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) is hosting Flipping the Campus Recruiting Model with AI on Wednesday, November 18th, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Campus recruiting has always run on the model of showing up to events and hoping you meet the right candidates. AI is flipping that model, so recruiters arrive at events with an interview schedule already filled with best-fit candidates. This session draws on survey data from Yello’s State of Campus Recruiting Report to look at where AI actually stands in campus recruiting today, and what’s changing as a result. Attendees will leave with a read on where AI actually helps in campus recruiting today, and where the real work still belongs to a human.
