National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE): Virtual Coaching for Empowerment

The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) is hosting a Virtual Coaching for Empowerment online event on Thursday, October 16^th, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The course will begin with a discussion about understanding systemic inequalities, power imbalances, and barriers faced by all of us – going beyond simply having a variety of demographics represented and instead aiming to create a level playing field where everyone has fair access to opportunities and advancement regardless of their background.
