National Association of Counties (NACo): 2026 NCCAE Federal-State Policy Exchange

The National Association of Counties (NACo), in partnership with NCCAE, is hosting the 2026 NCCAE Federal-State Policy Exchange starting Wednesday, September 2nd through Friday, September 4th, starting at 1:30 PM, at the Government Finance Officers Association Headquarters.
The Federal-State Policy Exchange (FSPX), formerly the “Knowledge Management Forum”, brings together representatives from the state associations and NACo for strategic discussions on shared policy priorities, with a focus on advocacy strategies for emerging county issues, such as tax reform and land use authority. It is co-hosted by NACo and NCCAE.
