The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) is hosting a 30 Minutes of Excellence – Workforce Ecosystems: The Secret Sauce on Wednesday, September 23rd, from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
Strong workforce ecosystems don’t happen by accident. They are built through intentional partnerships, shared goals, and community collaboration. But what do you do when potential partners aren’t eager to come to the table?
In this session, workforce development professionals will learn strategies for building and strengthening workforce ecosystems, even when buy-in is limited. Explore how to identify common interests, create value for partners, leverage existing relationships, and develop trust across organizations. Participants will leave with actionable approaches to engage employers, education providers, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders in creating a more connected and responsive workforce system.
