The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) is hosting Session 2: Career Coaching in a Turbulent Labor Market – Building Hope, Skills, and Strategy on Tuesday, July 21st, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
This second session of the Summer Learning Series equips workforce development professionals with practical strategies to coach clients through labor market uncertainty, career transitions, and changing skill demands. Using hope-centered career development and coaching frameworks like the GROW model, participants will learn how to build client resilience, motivation, and adaptability while guiding upskilling, reskilling, career branding, and professional development planning. Attendees will leave with actionable tools to help clients navigate disruption, identify growth opportunities, and move from uncertainty to empowered action.
