This interactive last session of the Summer Learning Series equips workforce development professionals, career coaches, and helping practitioners with practical strategies to support clients navigating unconscious bias and discrimination in the job search and workplace.
Participants will explore how bias and intersectionality impact career development, hiring, and advancement while learning culturally responsive coaching techniques that promote resilience, self-advocacy, confidence, and equitable career outcomes for diverse populations.
