The National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) is hosting a 2025 LSPA Professional Development Seminar starting Monday, November 3rd through Wednesday, November 5th, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Hampton Inn and Suites.
Immerse yourself in the dynamic world of working in legislative leadership, caucus member and district offices at the 2025 and LSPA Professional Development Seminar in beautiful Phoenix. Over three enriching days, join fellow legislative staff members from across the nation for engaging sessions and interactive workshops designed to elevate your skills and expand your horizons. Exploring both hard and soft skills necessary to thrive in the legislative environment, this seminar offers a diverse array of topics tailored to meet the evolving needs of legislative professionals. Most of our time will be spent in the Arizona capitol learning with and from your legislative staff peers from across the nation. Networking time, tours and other outings are planned.
