The National League of Cities (NLC) is hosting Mobility Matters 2.0: Turning Transit Insights into Real-World Solutions on Tuesday, September 22nd, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Local leaders are facing growing challenges around workforce access, housing affordability, aging populations and transportation is central to all of them. Mobility Matters 2.0 brings together local government leaders, transit providers, employers, planners and community partners to explore practical solutions that improve access and strengthen communities.
Hosted by NLC and Enterprise, this event focuses on actionable strategies communities can implement now, including leveraging funding opportunities, integrating mobility into local planning, building partnerships and improving coordination across systems. Attendees will hear real-world examples of how transportation impacts workforce participation, student success, healthcare access, and quality of life — while gaining new ideas, partnerships and tools to create more connected and economically resilient communities.
