Shift Work Forward: SHIFT Conference 2026
Shift Work Forward, formerly known as National Fund, is hosting its SHIFT Conference 2026 starting Tuesday, September 22nd through Thursday, September 24th, at the Clyde Hotel.
The SHIFT Conference is the premier biennial gathering of leaders and innovators committed to shaping the future of work. At this 2026 event at the Clyde Hotel in Albuquerque, bold strategies will be explored to redesign work, expand opportunity, and shape systems rooted in collaboration, trust, and a shared vision of an equitable future.
This conference will feature conversations on the biggest topics affecting the field like how artificial intelligence and other factors are shifting the labor market; what it takes to improve job quality within existing roles; and how employers are redesigning jobs in partnership with workers. Sessions will also explore solutions to structural barriers like childcare and transportation, strategies to expand economic mobility, and what it means to move from listening to truly sharing power with workers.
