The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) is hosting a webinar From Learning to Earning: The Power of Youth Apprenticeships on Wednesday, September 17th, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
During this session, Kelly Middleton Banks from FHI 360’s National Institute for Work and Learning will discuss opportunities for building the Care Workforce Talent Pipeline. The Care Workforce is a rapidly growing field that encompasses many careers, including youth services, healthcare, behavioral health, and community building pathways. Registered apprenticeship programs, such as the Youth Development Practitioner Apprenticeship and its corresponding pre-apprenticeship, provide employers with a solution for their care workforce needs, fostering skilled and dedicated employees.
