Along with our random outreach projects, our big task is going to be working with our community members in need of job readiness skills. This will include resume building, application assistance, interview skills, and much more. That being said, we do not function like a staffing service. Our approach is a personalized one. We meet and consult with each client and get to know them and their individual needs in order to serve them in all areas that they need assistance. The goal is to get each person to a point where they can confidently enter the work force and hopefully a long lasting career that fits what they are passionate about.
