The Elite Lineman Training Institute started from a calling by God. Waylon Hasty left a 15 year career with Georgia Power Company as he was called to start a lineman school. This trade school started in 2019, and from then till now the calling has stayed the same, to help people start a career in line work and grow in their character.

Our mission is to give hope to all people by helping them begin their career in the utility industry while building character through biblical principles.
