MISSION

Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority, Inc.’s mission is to assist low income persons to become self-sufficient through services that help them find employment, counseling and financial assistance which prevents homelessness and, adult basic education for the GED.  In addition, FACAA seeks to provide advocacy the public at large to understand the needs of the disadvantaged through presentations before social service providers, community groups and public officials.  FACAA works to educate the low income citizens’ audience through community meetings, educational flyers and invitations to services – and partners with peer organizations to maximize the resources which remain scarce, but desperately needed all too often.
