HOPE Atlanta Programs of Travelers AID

MISSION

The Employment Supportive Service Programs offered at HOPE Atlanta focuses on the removal of the key components which may be preventing consumers from reaching self-sufficiency and financial stability necessary to come out of homelessness. The Employment Supportive Service Programs assist with; employment preparation, educational Aid, financial support for job training, certification, attire and licensing, assistance with ESL programs, assistance with adult literacy programs, job searching with criminal histories effectively, general life skills/career coaching, childcare assistance, grooming/clothing, assistance with telecommunication devices, and financial assistance with transportation. Please be advised that you must be a current client of HOPE Atlanta in order to be referred to the Employment Supportive Service Programs offered at HOPE Atlanta.

  • Individuals seeking to secure a better job
  • Individuals with a criminal record (not previously incarcerated)
  • Individuals with disabilities
  • Individuals without a high school diploma or GED
  • Low-income individuals
  • Mature workers (over 55 years old)

  • Returning citizens (previously incarcerated)
  • Unemployed individuals
  • Welfare recipients required to enter the workforce
