Our mission is to assist in developing teens and young adults for the job industry while reinventing life skills that focus on work ethic in all prospective clients. Therefore, we are preparing them to impact society in whichever endeavor they desire to pursue positively.

The mission is to provide clients with job information linked to a direct source providing hourly wages. Furthermore, RIP supports clients with free resumes writing and cover letters, and work attire if needed. equipping them with tools to be successful while seeking employment.
