MAX ALERT: Fulton County Launches Career ReBoot Fulton, a Free Digital Literacy Program for Fulton Residents

August 23, 2020

From WorkSource Fulton:

On Monday, August 24th, Fulton County, in partnership with Goodwill of North Georgia and the Metro Atlanta Chamber, launch Career ReBoot Fulton, a new free digital literacy program to help Fulton County residents who have been impacted by the economic fallout of the COVID-19 public health crisis.

This new program will provide residents with (1) digital literacy training (2) career counseling and (3) employment assistance.  Career ReBoot Fulton will enable recently laid-off or unemployed Fulton residents to earn industry-recognized certifications online or in-person via Goodwill of North Georgia’s career training centers. In addition, Opportunity ATL, the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s job resource initiative, will provide employment connections to program participants, leveraging an existing network of employers in the region.
