MAX ALERT: WorkSource Atlanta Regional and NextGen Launch Program to Help Young Adults Enter Tech Careers

WorkSource Atlanta Regional and the NextGen program announce the launch of the Pathways to A Digital Economy (PADE) program, with the support of Google. PADE aims to connect young adults with digital training and the Grow with Google program to help job seekers explore exciting careers in the technology industry.

WorkSource Atlanta Regional invites employers to become a PADE Employer Partner and help build the next generation of digital talent for roles in IT support and cybersecurity. Through this program, employers:

  • Connect with emerging digital talent.
  • Support workforce development in metro Atlanta.
  • Host interns prepared for entry-level environments.
  • Build future hiring pipelines.
  • Help create economic opportunity for young adults.
