National Center on Leadership for the Employment and Economic Advancement of People with Disabilities (LEAD Center): Best Practices: MOUs for the One-Stop Delivery System
The National Center on Leadership for the Employment and Economic Advancement of People with Disabilities (LEAD Center) is hosting Best Practices: MOUs for the One-Stop Delivery System on Tuesday, August 18th, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
Effective MOUs are action oriented; they outline partners’ roles and responsibilities, service options, and available resources. They support a well-coordinated, customer-focused service delivery network that improves access to services and gets results for job seekers, including Americans with disabilities.
In this webinar, workforce leaders will share how they translated MOU commitments into operational tools that strengthened coordination across partners, including by defining partner roles and accountability, streamlining customer referrals, and mapping customer flow across the one-stop delivery system. The approaches that we will discuss in the webinar align with the pillars of America’s Talent Strategy: Building the Workforce for the Golden Age that call for integrated systems and accountability.
